The annual remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board was determined in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of April 13, 2010.

* Travel compansation per round trip air travel. 
Replaces the current attendance fee of EUR 3,000 (intercontinental) and EUR 1,250 (continental) per meeting of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee. 

 

The annual remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Board will be reviewed by the Supervisory Board on an annual basis.
