Annual Reports, Investor Relations (“AIUs”) have been made pursuant to article 5:24 Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het Financieel Toezicht). The AIUs are notifications referring to or containing information that has already been published or made available by Koninklijke Ahold N.V. to the public over a certain period under applicable laws and regulations relating to securities, issuers and security markets.
