Subject to a dividend proposal being made to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Ahold and approval in the meeting of April 13, 2010, please find below the proposed dividend dates for the year 2010. Further information on a potential dividend proposal will follow at a later stage.
March 4, 2010 – Dividend proposal included in Ahold Earnings Release Q4 / Full Year 2009
April 13, 2010 – Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, proposed dividend declaration
April 15, 2010 – Ex-dividend date
April 19, 2010 – Dividend record date
May 4, 2010 – Dividend payment date
Please note that all dividend dates are subject to a dividend proposal being approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
