“In order to stay competitive and to be able to meet rapidly changing consumer needs even in a time of world economic crisis, our organization has to be as lean and efficient as possible,” said Johan Boeijenga, CEO Albert/Hypernova. “With costs under control, we can invest into price and value for our customers and create a sustainable future for our company in the Czech market.” The reorganization will include a headcount reduction.
According to Boeijenga, the company took into consideration the company’s strategic objectives as well as staffing needs and the capabilities and expertise throughout the support office when designing the new organization. He said that Albert/Hypernova has committed to carrying out the restructuring in a caring and careful way. “I believe we can make a difference in the Czech market and to serve our customers even better thanks to our committed and dedicated associates and newly designed organization,” Boeijenga said.
