The 32-page, full-color magazine with the main focus on healthy living as it pertains to food, will be issued quarterly. The issue is being released in time for the Easter holiday and will feature seasonal recipes and a celebration of Mother’s Day, Earth Week and Easter.  

Customers can obtain their free copy of Healthy Ideas in the Produce Departments of their local Giant or Martin’s Food Markets and where weekly circulars are kept in store lobbies.

All articles within the magazine are written by Giant’s nutritionists, expert associates and community health partners. Each issue features a number of regular columns, including Ingredients for Healthy Ideas, Kid Healthy Ideas, Throughout the Store and Celebrate with Food. Healthy recipe ideas are included throughout the magazine along with 12 tear-out recipes for additional convenience.
