The 30 calendar days prior to the announcement of Aholds quarterly financial results and 45 days prior to Full year results is considered to be the closed period.
No briefings, meetings or presentations to analysts, investors, or other members of the financial community, including interviews or comments to media on Ahold’s financial or operating results will be undertaken by any Ahold employee, its operating companies or joint venture partners during this period.
