Tops Markets announced today that the Indian Lake Tops located on Main Street in Indian Lake has been sold back to its landlord. The closing is expected to take place in late August.
The landlord will in turn sell the store to local businessman Richard Dywer, who will close the store on August 27, 2005 for a remodel and reopen in the fall. All associates who currently work at the location will be given the opportunity to work for the new owner.
Tops purchased the store from Grand Union in 2001.
